Harley, the groundbreaking jazz bagpipe player, loved America 's
Constitution and Declaration of Independence. Rufus lived in Philadelphia,
the Cradle of Liberty, (which he called the "City of Brotherly and
Motherly Love") since the age of 3 until his untimely death in 2006. He
often handed out miniatures of the Liberty Bell to those he met all over
the world & in Philadelphia. This is for my friend, Rufus Harley./smaller>/color>/fontfamily>
