Elizabeth promo - 1968  Philadelphia band on Vanguard Records

Elizabeth were one of the first Folk / Rock bands from the Philadelphia area
to sign to a major record label (Vanguard Records). They made regular
appearances @ the Philly coffee house the 2nd Fret.

After Elizabeth parted ways, in 1972 Hank Ransom (Elizabeth's drummer)
joined a Jazz / Rock band, Good God & released the self titled L.P. on
Atlantic Records. Cover painting for Good God was by Electric Factory
poster man, Spencer Zahn. Photography by Factory stage manager, Bobby
Startup & the band was managed by Bill Eib (later Robert Hazzard's manager)
The record was recorded @ Sigma Sound studios in Philadelphia.
